At the moment the dvd software will only work on Windows 2000, Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 and Mac(intel) one version for each operating system.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Generally your item is posted the same day if ordered before 3pm, otherwise the next working day, but all items usually arrive within 3 days from your order.
How many computers can I install the software on?
The dvd version of the software come with one single computer license allowing you to install it on one computer at a time. Your are able to move the software from one computer to another, there is no limit on the amount of times you are able to move the software around.
The usb software runs from the usb and will work on compatible windows platform or Mac(intel), depending on which version you purchase, you only need to plug into your own or any compatible computer, no internet access or activation required.
How does activation work.?Activation and Licensing the DVD requires an internet activation, a product key is supplied at the time of purchase and is sent separate to the actual product, in an email to the email address which is supplied by you from either PayPal or Google. When activating the software you will be required to supply your name, address, postcode and a valid email address which will require verification. These details are only used for the sole purpose of your licence and never revealed to any other party. The protection of our software being internet based allows you to move the software to a different computer easily, just uninstall the software and then re-install on to a different computer using the one product key. If you wish to install the software on more than one computer at the same time then you would need to purchase an additional product key, if you install on more than one computer at the same time using only the one product key, then the software will cease to operate. Alternatively if you purchase the software that we supply on a Portable Usb memory stick, you run the software from the Usb without any need for a product key or any form of activation, this is particularly suitable for use on net books and laptops which do not have an internet connection out on site.
Can I purchase more Licenses?
If you want to use your DVD in more than one computer then we are able to offer additional licenses to be bought at £10.00 per additional license. This payment covers the cost of support and help you may require for each additional machine.
How do I Pay?

Do you give refunds.!
Only prior to dispatch of the software, once sent no refunds are possible because of the nature of the item, we are happy however to give replacement discs if one proves to be faulty.
