Who runs BoilerManuals.com
BoilerManuals.com is run by the team behind MyBoiler.com, a UK home heating site. It is a free reference library, with no registration and no paywall. Manual requests go to [email protected], and other questions go to [email protected].
How we check manuals
- Every boiler we list: gas and oil boilers, solid fuel and biomass boilers, twin-burner range cooker boilers and micro-CHP units come from the UK Product Characteristics Database (PCDB, SAP 10), so the model names, fuels, GC numbers and PCDB numbers match the official register. Electric boilers and heating controls are not in the PCDB, so they are listed and counted separately.
- A manual is linked only after the PDF is checked: we open it and confirm it names the same model or GC number and the same fuel as the row. Anything we can’t confirm stays unlinked and shows Request manual.
- Natural gas and LPG: one manual is linked to both fuels only when the PDF lists both, or shows the LPG GC number.
- Brochures are not manuals: brochures, spec sheets and price lists are never counted as manuals.
- Hosted by us: every manual is served from our own server (cdn.boilermanuals.com), so links don’t break when a manufacturer changes its website. Each file is stored once and checked for duplicates before upload.
- Corrections: every row has a Report link. If a manual looks wrong, tell us and we’ll recheck it.
Manuals are provided for reference. In the UK, work on a gas boiler must be carried out by an engineer on the Gas Safe Register.
